N.E.O.C Premier Grand Cru Classé Bordeaux finish
This single malt was first matured in American Oak giving it its full bodied and honey profile. Then, it was finished in a French Oak barrel infused with the finest Bordeaux wine from its initial use. This French barrel was then taken through the N.E.O.C process to offer a virgin oak base to further maturation. N.E.O.C gives the whiskey a ‘New Oak’ style spice working in harmony with notes of dried fruits echoing of the barrels Bordeaux wine lineage. This unique single malt highlights the best traits of two different species of oak.

Nose
Velvety honey, with stewed fruit, poached pear and blackcurrant. Vanilla, toffee and spice comes next, along with notes of pastry and white chocolate. All accompanied by a hint of minerality and herbal freshness.
Palate
Rich, silky texture. The Stewed apples and poached pear are joined by tropical fruit(banana and pineapple) and a malty sweetness.
Finish
A soft Spice with lingering fruit.
