The N.E.O.C process includes hand-shaving and delicately toasting the staves to bring forward oak spiciness, working in harmony with notes of candied fruits from the cognac influence. Triple distilled for extra smoothness, our blend is a choice of the finest Irish Malt and Grain whiskeys.
