Boann PX cocktail

To a shaker with ice, add 40ml Boann Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey P.X., 30ml lemon juice, 10ml Crème De Cassis, 40ml apple juice and 15ml sugar syrup. Shake well, then strain the mixture into a wine glass with crushed ice. Float 10ml of sherry on top, garnish with lemon and blueberries, and serve.
