Add a large cube of ice to a rocks glass and 50ml Boann Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey Madeira, 10ml Calvados, 10ml honey, 10ml ginger syrup, 2 dashes of Angostura bitters and 1 dash of plum bitters. Stir, garnish with a slice of red apple and savour.
